Jim has 20 years of advertising industry experience. He held key financial management positions, such as CFO and Controller, with large global advertising agencies. A true insider of the advertising finance space, Jim spent the majority of his career with Foote, Cone & Belding (Interpublic Group) and Highway One Advertising (BCOM3, Publicis Groupe), amongst others. Jim is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and American Certified Fraud Examiners. Jim received his BA in Business Administration from the Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Don has over 30years of experience in the audit and risk management field. Don has a deep understanding of enterprise wide risk management protocol andhas spent the most recent 18 years focused oncontrolling financial risks in advertising. At Arthur Andersen, Don spent 13 years implementingbusiness process risk modelsand providing auditing services toglobal organizations. Don received his BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.When not working with clients, Don spends his time coaching his son’s baseball and his daughter’s volleyball teams, or you will find him on a mountain bike.
Cliff is focused on assisting advertisers in optimizing their marketing resource investments. His background includes agency account leadership, client-side marketing and global media accountability. Considered a thought leader on optimizing marketing productivity, Cliff brings unique insights to the agency accountability and performance oversight process. Areas of expertise include; enhancing marketing agency network performance, closed-loop marketing accountability systems, compliance and performance auditing, marketing procurement best practices and digital process management. Cliff holds an MBA from the University of Detroit’s School of Business.

Walter Thompson, Ogilvy & Mather, Omnicom, WPP, Hill Knowlton and Shandwick.
Daniel Katsin is CEO of KDS Health, a marketing firm specializing in showcasing physician talent and expertise. Prior to consulting, he co-founded and was president of Katsin/Loeb Advertising, one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s top 25 agencies. Daniel’s formative years were spent at J. Walter Thompson, NY and San Francisco. He continuously challenges AARM management with agency-side viewpoints focused on strengthening the long-term relationship opportunity between client and agency.
