Jim has 20 years of advertising industry experience. He held key financial management positions, such as CFO and Controller, with large global advertising agencies. A true insider of the advertising finance space, Jim spent the majority of his career with Foote, Cone & Belding (Interpublic Group) and Highway One Advertising (BCOM3, Publicis Groupe), amongst others. Jim is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and American Certified Fraud Examiners. Jim received his BA in Business Administration from the Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Donald Parsons, Principal and Co-founder
Don has over 25 years of experience in the audit and risk management field. Don has a deep understanding of enterprise wide risk management protocol as well as specific niche experience with controlling financial risks in advertising. As a senior manager at Arthur Andersen, Don spent 13 years performing business process risk consulting and auditing functions of global organizations. He is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and American Certified Fraud Examiners. Don received his BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Cliff Campeau, Principal
Over the span of his career, Cliff has focused his efforts on assisting advertisers in optimizing their marketing resource investments. With a diverse background that includes successful stints as an advertising agency account director, client-side marketing executive and President of Media Management, Inc. (MMI), a global media accountability firm, he brings a unique perspective to the area of client-agency relationship management. Areas of expertise include enhancing the performance of an advertiser's marketing agency network, the development of closed-loop marketing accountability systems, compliance and performance auditing, marketing procurement best practices and interactive / digital processes. An MBA graduate of the University of Detroit's School of Business, Cliff is a frequent blogger on indirect procurement, marketing supply chain optimization and digital media integration.
